On or about Monday, October 25th, 2021, around 7:10 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a car claimed the life of a 35-year-old Sterling man. Deputies from the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Honeytown Road (County Road 54) in Green Township, Ohio.

Authorities said 35-year-old Kevin Graves was killed when his car allegedly struck the trailer of an 18-wheeler that had pulled out of a driveway off Honeytown Road, and had stopped during the tight turn. Paramedics pronounced Graves dead of his injuries at the scene of the accident. The as-of-yet unidentified 50-year-old truck driver was unhurt in the collision.

According to Google Maps, Honeytown Road (County Road 54) runs north and south through Green Township, which is about 10 miles northwest of Cincinnati.

Police are still investigating.
