On or about Sunday, December 5th, 2021, around 4:09 in the afternoon, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a motorcycle claimed the life of a 29-year-old Jacksonville man. Deputies from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along the eastbound side of Interstate 440 in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Investigators said 29-year-old Kyle Atwood was killed when the motorcycle he was driving allegedly struck the back of a tractor-trailer along eastbound Interstate 440. Emergency responders pronounced Atwood dead of his injuries a short time after the accident. Police did not mention any other injuries in their initial statement on the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 440 cuts east and west along the northern edge of North Little Rock.
