Details:
On or about Wednesday, April 13th, 2022, around 10:00 at night, a two-vehicle accident with a pickup truck left a 24-year-old man dead. Authorities from the TPD said the accident was reported along West Grande Boulevard in Tyler, Texas.
Investigators said 24-year-old Lamonte Martin was killed when the Toyota Rav4 he was driving allegedly hit the back of a Ford F-150 pickup truck and rolled on West Grande Blvd. Martin was ejected from the vehicle in the crash and was subsequently pronounced dead of his injuries a short time after emergency responders arrived at the scene.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance from the exchange with Hollytree Drive.
Authorities are still looking into the accident.
