Details:
On or about Saturday, May 21st, 2022, sometime in the hours after dark, a major single-vehicle car accident claimed the lives of four people. Representatives from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported at or near the intersection of Farm-to-Market Road 56 and Farm-to-Market Road 2114 in Waco, Texas.
Officials from the Texas DPS said Lexi Olvera, Brouke Olvera, Evan Lovejoy, and Mackenzie Bewley were killed when the passenger vehicle they were in allegedly veered off the side of the road at or near the intersection of FM 56 and FM 2114. Emergency responders pronounced Lexi and Bouke Olvera, Lovejoy and Bewle dead of their injuries a short time after the accident, but officials did not specify which of the victims was the driver.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the crash is situated in McLeannan County.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene to assist.
