On or about Wednesday, November 10th, 2021, a major accident between a box truck and a pickup truck claimed the life of an 18-year-old Navarre man. Troopers from the OSHP said the accident was reported at the intersection of Route 21 and Clinton Road in Chippewa Township, Ohio.

Police officers said 18-year-old Logan Dickerson was killed when the pickup truck he was driving was allegedly struck by a box truck that failed to yield at the intersection of Route 21 and Clinton Road. Paramedics pronounced Dickerson dead of his injuries a short time after the accident. Officials did not mention any other vehicles in their intiial statement on the accident.

According to Google Maps, Chippewa Township is about 44 miles south of downtown Cleveland.
