Details:
On or about Saturday, April 16th, 2022, around 12:00 in the morning, a major accident between a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle left one individual dead. Officers from the EPPD said the accident was reported along the Patriot Freeway in El Paso, Texas.
Troopers from the Texas Department of Public Safety said 32-year-old Luis Baltazar Torres was killed when the motorcycle he was driving allegedly hit the back of Honda Civic along the Patriot Freeway. Emergency responders pronounced Torres dead of his injuries a short time after they responded to the scene of the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is near Diana Drive in northeast El Paso.
Police are still investigating the accident.
