Details:
On or about Friday, March 18th, 2022, around 1:30 in the morning, a serious accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle left a 26-year-old man dead. Deputies from the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Highway 67 in San Angelo, Texas.
Representatives from the Texas Department of Public Safety said 26-year-old Luis Hernandez Serrano was killed when the Ford Fusion he was in allegedly veered over the center line of Highway 67 and struck a tractor-trailer in the lanes of oncoming traffic. Paramedics pronounced Serrano dead of his injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the intersection with Duckworth Road in San Angelo.
Police are still investigating the accident.
