On or about Wednesday, January 20th, 2021, around 8:46 in the morning, am accident between two pickup trucks and an 18-wheeler sent two people to the hospital. Investigators from the area said the accident happened along Highway 71 in Crow River Township, Minnesota.
Troopers from the Minnesota State Police said 24-year-old Maland Keith and 24-year-old Cody Biggs were injured when the pickup they were in allegedly crossed over the center line and struck another pickup and an 18-wheeler. Biggs and Keith were taken to the hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, Crow River Township is located about 29 miles northwest of downtown Minneapolis.
Police are still investigating the accident.
