A man was killed after he was struck by a tanker truck while attempting to cross I-435 northbound in Kansas City, MO. Officers from the Kansas City Police say the accident happened around 4:00 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025.

The unidentified man was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Investigation into the circumstances that led up to the accident is underway.
