A reportedly intoxicated Anthony Miller was charged with DWI following a collision with a utility pole that ultimately led to a train wreck on Center Street in Kyle, TX, on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. The Kyle Police Department reports the accident happened around 9:30 p.m. when Miller initially crashed into a utility pole. The utility pole then fell over, pulling others down with it, striking a car, and leading to a train crash. Electricity was out in the surrounding area for several hours.
