One Injured in Tanker Truck Accident on County Road 22 in Seward County

On or about Wednesday, November 10th, 2021, around 3:15 in the afternoon, a major single-vehicle tanker truck accident sent a 55-year-old man to the hospital. Troopers from the KSP said the accident was reported along County Road 22 in Seward County, Kansas.

Law enforcement spokespeople said 55-year-old Manuel Zamarron Dominguez was injured when the tanker truck he was driving allegedly rolled off the side of the road following a tire blowout on County Road 22. Paramedics transported Dominguez to Southwest Medical Center before he was airlifted to Wesley Medical Center with serious injuries.

According to Google Maps, Seward County is about 208 miles west of Wichita.

Officials are still investigating the incident.
