Details:
On or about Monday, May 2nd, 2022, around 11:26 at night, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle left a 63-year-old woman dead. Representatives from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Interstate 20 in Midland County Texas.
Troopers from the Texas DPS said 63-year-old Mary Lou Mosley was killed when the vehicle she was in was allegedly struck by a tractor-trailer while Mosley was stopped on the westbound side of I-20. Emergency responders rushed Mosley to nearby Midland Memorial Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries a short time after her arrival. Police did not mention any other injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is about 2 miles west of Midland.
Police are still investigating the crash.
