Michael Joseph Sampson was killed after being struck by a semi-truck on I-84 in Hood River, OR, on Monday, December 9, 2024. The Oregon State Police report that Sampson was running along the interstate when the semi-truck struck him and he was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene.
