Details:

A 35-Year-Old man was critically injured when his motorcycle collided with a garbage truck on Grass Lake Road near Antioch, IL. Deputies from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office say the crash took place around 10:25 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025.

Reports indicate the motorcycle was travelling east behind the garbage truck when it slowed down to make a left turn. The motorcyclist then collided with the left side of the garbage truck. He was then transported to Advocate Condell Medical Center with critical injuries. Investigation into the accident is ongoing.
