Details:

One man was killed in a head-on collision between a motorcycle and a garbage truck on the 10000 block of Dixie Highway in Louisville, KY. Officers from the Louisville Metro Police say the collision occurred around 1:45 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025.

Early reports indicate the motorcycle was travelling north when it collided head-on with the southbound garbage truck. First responders would pronounced the man dead at the scene. The driver of the garbage truck remained at the crash site, and is cooperating with the investigation.
