A 54-Year-Old motorcyclist from Grant, FL, was killed after he was struck by a semi-truck on I-70 eastbound in O’Fallon, MO. Troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol say the accident took place around 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
Reports indicate the motorcycle was travelling east when it collided with the rear of a Ford Ranger. The motorcyclist then struck a semi-truck, knocking him from his bike. The trailer of the semi then struck the man, who was pronounced dead a short time later.
The driver of the Ford Ranger remained at the scene, while the semi-truck driver left before authorities could arrive. Authorities are actively searching for the driver, and the investigation into the accident is ongoing.
