On or about Sunday, June 12th, 2022, around 4:57 in the afternoon, an accident between a box truck and a passenger vehicle left a 76-year-old woman dead. Troopers from the OSHP said the accident was reported along State Route 37 in Fairfield County, Ohio.
Authorities from the Ohio State Highway Patrol said 76-year-old Nancy Butler was killed when a box truck allegedly struck her vehicle while she was turning along SR 37. Emergency responders pronounced Bulter dead of her injuries a short time after they arrived at the scene of the collision.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is at the intersection with Tatmans Road.
Police are still investigating the cause of the collision.
