Nicholas James Bolotine and an additional unnamed person were killed on Interstate 78 in the early morning hours of Monday, December 9, 2024. Bolotine collided with another semi-truck and a Toyota minivan that was stopped in the right lane, with three people attempting to push it off of the road. The second person killed was one of those three people, an as of yet unnamed man from Newark, NJ, with the others receiving serious injuries. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the accident.
