On or about Sunday, March 13th, 2022, around 9:30 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle left a 39-year-old woman dead. Troopers from the GSP said the accident was reported along Interstate 20 in Lithia Springs, Georgia.
Representatives from the Georgia State Patrol said 39-year-old Nicholle Knight was killed when the vehicle she was driving allegedly struck a tractor-trailer that had stopped with a mechanical issue along I-20. Emergency responders pronounced Knight dead of her injuries a short time after the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 20 cuts east and west through Lithia Springs.
