Nicolas Payne was killed after his motorcycle collided with a Kenergy Utility Truck at the intersection of SR 1414 and SR 54 near Whitesville, KY. Deputies from the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office report the crash happened around 1:15 p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2025.
