Details:
On or about Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022, around 5:00 in the morning, an accident between a tractor-trailer and a pedestrian left a 21-year-old man dead. Troopers from the MSHP said the accident was reported along Interstate 44 in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Spokespeople from the Missouri State Highway Patrol said 21-year-old Noah Goodwin was killed when he was allegedly hit by a tractor-trailer while he was assisting with a disabled vehicle alongside Interstate 44. Emergency responders pronounced Goodwin dead of his injuries a short time after the incident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the exchange with Antire Road.
Authorities are still examining the factors that may have contributed to the accident.
