One worker was killed and another injured after their vehicle was struck by a Fed-Ex tractor-trailer in a work zone on Route 581 in Camp Hill, PA. Authorities with PennDOT say the accident took place around 4:30 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025.
Early reports say the tractor-trailer was travelling east when it collided with the pickup being driven by the workers as they collected cones. First responders had to extricate both people, with one being pronounced dead at the hospital. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
