One person was injured after a Chief Leschi School bus collided with a sedan on the 4200 block of Waller Road East in Pierce County, WA. Authorities say the accident took place around 7:55 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
First responders from Central Pierce Fire and Rescue were able to extricate the driver of the sedan, who was transported to a nearby trauma center in critical condition. Neither the bus driver or students were injured in the crash. Deputies from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office are currenting investigating the cause of the accident.
