One Injured After Semi-Truck Hits Vehicle on Interstate 35

A 36-year-old man from Grand River, IA, was seriously injured after a 59-year-old man from South Wayne, WI, attempted to merge from the left lane of Interstate 35 into the right lane. The South Wayne man was driving a 1998 Kenworth semi-truck, and proceeded to strike the rear driver’s side of the Lincoln, sending the vehicle into the median. The driver of the Lincoln was taken to nearby Cameron Regional Medical Center, and the driver of the semi-truck was uninjured.
