Details:
On or about Wednesday, April 6th, 2022, around 2:42 in the morning, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a box truck sent one individual to the hospital. Troopers from the CHP said the accident was reported along Interstate 10 in West Covina, California.
Spokespeople from the California Highway Patrol said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the vehicle they were in allegedly struck the back of a box truck on the side of I-10. Paramedics transported the driver of the car to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 10 cuts east and west through the center of West Covina.
Officials are still investigating the crash.
