On or about Wednesday, May 25th, 2022, sometime in the early morning hours, a serious single-vehicle box truck accident sent one person to the hospital. Troopers from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along Interstate 45 in Montgomery County, Texas.
Officials from the Texas DPS said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the box truck they were in allegedly drove off the side of Interstate 45 and crashed under unknown conditions. Paramedics transported one occupant in the box truck to the hospital where they were last reported in critical condition by medical staff.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the north side of Montgomery County.
Police are still investigating the accident.
