Details:
On or about Monday, November 8th, 2021, around 2:30 in the morning, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a box truck sent one individual to the hospital. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along the westbound side of Northwest Loop 410 near the exchange with Cherry Ridge in San Antonio, Texas.
Officers said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a box truck allegedly slammed into the back of the car they were in while driving westbound on NW Loop 410. Paramedics transported one person from the car to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the accident. The driver of the box truck sustained minor injuries, but police did not indicate if they were taken to a nearby hospital or if they were treated at the scene.
According to Google Maps, the exchange of Loop 410 and Cherry Ridge is situated on the northwest side of San Antonio.
Police are still investigating.
