On or about Monday, August 16th, 2021, around 7:00 in the morning, an accident between a box truck and a car sent one person to the hospital. Deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported at the intersection of South Orange Avenue and Bear Crossing Drive in Southchase, Florida.
Authorities from the OCSO said one as-of-yet unidentified person was rushed to the hospital after a box truck and a car collided under unknown circumstances at the intersection of Bear Crossing Drive and South Orange Avenue. Paramedics rushed one person to the hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, Southchase is a short distance south of downtown Orlando.
Police are still examining the collision.
