On or about Thursday, November 19th, 2020, an accident at a construction site with a bucket truck, a dump truck, and a pedestrian sent one person to the hospital. Authorities said the accident happened at a construction project on Elizabeth Street in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Investigators said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when they were allegedly pinned against a dump truck by a bucket truck arm. After he was unpinned, the victim fell several feet into a nearby ditch. Paramedics transported the victim to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Google Streetview shows Elizabeth Street is two lanes that run north and south through a residential neighborhood. The area is located close to the center of Worcester.
Local law enforcement is assisting in the accident investigation.
