On or about Thursday, April 14th, 2022, around 3:30 in the morning, a serious two-vehicle car accident sent one person to the hospital with serious injuries. Local officials from said the accident was reported at the intersection of 19th Street and Milwaukee Avenue in Lubbock, Texas.
Officers from the Lubbock Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when two passenger vehicles collided under unspecified circumstances at 19th and Milwaukee. Paramedics transported one person from the scene to a nearby hospital with serious injuries stemming from the crash. Police said there were three other people involved in the accident, but it is not clear if they were injured.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of 19th and Milwaukee Avenue is on the west side of Lubbock.
