On or about Wednesday, March 30th, 2022, sometime in the hours after dark, a two-vehicle car accident sent one individual to the hospital. Deputies from the County Sheriff’s Department said the accident was reported at the intersection of 34th Street and Loop 335 in Amarillo, Texas.
Officials from the Lubbock Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a passenger vehicle allegedly failed to yield and struck another vehicle at 34th and Loop 335. Paramedics transported one person from the scene to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries. Authorities did not specify which vehicle the victim was in at the time of the collision.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of 34th Street and Loop 335 is on the west side of Amarillo.
