On or about Friday, March 18th, 2022, around 2:42 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident sent one individual to the hospital. Authorities from the area said the accident was reported at the intersection of 4th Street and Toledo Avenue in Lubbock, Texas.
Law enforcement spokespeople said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the pickup truck they were in allegedly crashed off the side of the roadway at 4th and Toledo. Paramedics cut one person free of the wreckage and rushed them to the hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of 4th and Toledo is on the northwest side of Lubbock.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
