On or about Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022, around 1:00 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident sent one person to the hospital. Deputies from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Bilbrook Place in Austin, Texas.
Investigators said one as-of-yet unidentified person was injured when the vehicle they were driving allegedly veered off the side of Bilbrook Place and slammed into a residence a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders transported the driver of the car to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the southwest side of Austin.
Officials are still trying to determine the cause of the accident.
