Details:
On or about Wednesday, November 17th, 2021, around 9:00 at night, an accident between a pedestrian and a passenger vehicle sent a man in his 20s to the hospital. Troopers from the DPS said the accident was reported at the intersection of Country Club Drive and Palmer Drive in Laredo, Texas.
Investigators said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was rushed to the hospital after they were hit by a passing vehicle as they were walking alongside or made an attempt to cross the lanes of traffic at or near the intersection of Palmer Drive and County Club Drive. Paramedics transported the pedestrian to Doctors Hospital where he was last reported in critical condition by medical staff.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of Palmer Drive and County Club Drive is situated on the north side of Laredo.
Police are still investigating the incident.
