On or about Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022, sometime in the evening hours, a serious single-vehicle car accident sent one person to the hospital. Local law enforcement representatives said the accident was reported along Farm-to-Market Road 1585 in Lubbock, Texas.
Representatives from the Lubbock Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the vehicle they were in allegedly lost control and rolled on the side of FM 1585. Emergency responders transported one person from the scene to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries stemming from the crash.
According to Google Maps, FM 1585 cuts east and west along the south side of Lubbock.
Police are still investigating the accident.
