On or about Monday, February 21st, 2022, around 4:00 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident sent one individual to the hospital. Authorities from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along State Highway 16 near Leon Creek in San Antonio, Texas.
Investigators said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the pickup truck they were in allegedly drove off the side of Highway 16 and rolled. Paramedics cut the driver of the pickup truck from the wreckage and rushed them to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is on the south side of San Antonio.
Officials are still investigating the accident.
