On or about Sunday, June 26th, 2022, around 2:39 in the morning, a serious two-vehicle car accident sent one individual to the hospital by helicopter. Officials from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported at or near the intersection of Highway 290 and Lexington Street in Manor, Texas.
Local law enforcement spokespeople said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when two passenger vehicles collided under unspecified circumstances along Highway 290 and Lexington Street. Emergency responders airlifted one person from the scene to the hospital with serious injuries stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from Christina Garza Drive.
Police are still examining the factors that may have contributed to the collision.
