On or about Tuesday, March 29th, 2022, around 2:00 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle car accident sent one individual to the hospital. Officials from the Department of Public Safety said the accident was reported along State Highway 94 in Hudson, Texas.
Police from the area said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a passenger vehicle allegedly drove off the side of the roadway and struck a utility pole a short distance off the pavement. Paramedics transported one person to the hospital with unspecified injuries after the accident.
According to Google Maps, Hudson is situated on the southwest side of Lufkin.
Police are still investigating the accident.
