Details:
On or about Sunday, May 1st, 2022, around 10:40 at night, an accident between a pedestrian and two passenger vehicles left one individual with critical injuries. Representatives from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along Highway 6 in Houston, Texas.
Officers from the Houston Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was killed when they were allegedly hit by two passing vehicles as they were walking alongside or made an attempt to cross the lanes of Highway 6. Emergency responders rushed the pedestrian to a nearby hospital where they were last reported in critical condition by medical staff.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the incident is on the northwest side of Houston.
Authorities are still working to pin down the circumstances surrounding the accident.
