Details:
On or about Sunday, February 20th, 2022, around 5:00 in the morning, an accident between a passenger vehicle and a police patrol vehicle sent one person to the hospital. Officers from the DPD said the accident was reported along Interstate 35 near Camp Wisdom Road in Dallas, Texas.
Officers said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the car they were driving allegedly struck a police patrol vehicle that was stopped in the roadway. Paramedics transported the driver of the car to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries. The Dallas Police cruiser was unoccupied at the time of the collision.
According to Google Maps, the exchange of Interstate 35 and Camp Wisdom Road is on the south side of Dallas.
Authorities are still investigating the incident.
