On or about Wednesday, June 29th, 2022, around 7:00 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle pickup truck accident sent one person to the hospital. Officials from the Department of Pulic Safety said the accident was reported along Interstate 69 in Montgomery County, Texas.
Authorities from the Texas DPS said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the pickup truck they were in allegedly sustained a brake failure and crashed into the side of a buidling a short distance off the roadway of I-69. Emergency responders transported the driver of the pickup truck to the hospital with unknown injuries after the accident.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the incident is not far from the exchange with FM 1485.
Officials are still examining the cause of the crash.
