Details:
On or about Saturday, May 21st, 2022, sometime in the hours after dark, an accident with a cyclist and a pickup truck sent one person to the hospital. Deputies from the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported along South Bell Street in San Angelo, Texas.
Law enforcement representatives said one as-of-yet unidentified cyclist was injured when they were allegedly hit by a pickup truck as they were riding their bike along or made an attempt to cross South Bell St. Emergency responders transported the cyclist to a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is not far from the intersection with Norma.
Police are still investigating.
