Details:
On or about Monday, January 17th, 2022, around 12:30 in the morning, a serious single-vehicle rollover accident sent one individual to the hospital. Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported at or near the intersection of North St. Mary’s Street and East Elmira Street in San Antonio, Texas.
Investigators from the San Antonio Police Department said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the passenger vehicle they were driving allegedly veered off the side of the road and flipped a short distance off the pavement. Emergency responders transported one person in the car to a nearby hospital where he was last reported in stable condition by medical staff.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of North St. Mary’s Street and East Elmira Street is a short distance north of downtown San Antonio.
Investigators are still examining the factors that may have contributed to the accident.
