Details:
On or about Wednesday, February 2nd, 2022, around 2:41 in the morning, a car accident in the parking lot of the Super 8 Motel left one person hurt. Officials said the accident was reported at the Super 8 Motel in the 5500 block of Interstate 35 in Austin, Texas.
Law enforcement representatives said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when they were either hit by, or fell from a moving vehicle in the parking lot. Paramedics transported the victim to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious injuries stemming from the accident.
Police did not indicate if the driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene or fled.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
