Details:
On or about Sunday, March 6th, 2022, sometime in the early morning hours, an accident with an alleged drunk driver sent at least one person to the hospital. Local officials said the accident was reported at or near Club Arriba on Midkiff Road in Midland, Texas.
Investigators said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a vehicle driven by an alleged drunk driver crashed under unspecified circumstances. Paramedics transported one person from the scene to a nearby hospital with injuries of an unknown nature or severity stemming from the accident.
Officials have since charged 41-year-old Alfredo Deanda with intoxication assault in connection with the accident.
Police are still investigating.
