Details:
On or about Thursday, June 10th, 2021, sometime before 2:00 in the afternoon, an accident between a dump truck and an SUV sent one person to the hospital. Troopers from the FHP said the accident was reported on the eastbound side of the Osceola Parkway near the exchange with Storey Lake Boulevard in Kissimmee, Florida.
Deputies from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said one as-of-yet unidentified person was injured when a dump truck and an SUV collided under unspecified circumstances. Emergency responders cut one victim from the SUV and rushed them to nearby Osceola Regional Hospital with unspecified injuries.
According to Google Maps, the Osceola Parkway runs east and west through Kissimmee, which is about 23 miles south of downtown Orlando.
Authorities are still investigating the circumstances that led to the collision.
