On or about Tuesday, May 25th, 2021, around 12:00 in the afternoon, an accident between a dump truck and a van sent one person to the hospital. Deputies from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said the accident was reported at the intersection of Ridge Road and Route 149 in Queensbury, New York.
Police said one as-of-yet unidentified person was injured when a dump truck and a van collided under unspecified circumstances. After the initial collision, the dump truck rolled onto it’s side. Emergency responders treated one individual for unknown injuries, but did not specify if they were from the van or the dump truck. No other vehicles were mentioned by police in their statement on the incident.
According to Google Maps, the intersection of Route 149 and Ridge Road is a short distance north of Queensbury, which is about 57 miles north of Albany.
