On or about Monday, April 11th, 2022, around 11:12 in the morning, an accident between a dump truck and several other vehicles sent four people to the hospital. Local law enforcement representatives said the accident was reported at the intersection of Route 43 and Lape Road in North Greenbrush, New York.
Authorities said four as-of-yet unidentified individuals were injured when a dump truck allegedly lost control and struck three other vehicles. After the initial impacts, the dump truck rolled and buried another nearby vehicle with asphalt millings. Paramedics transported all the drivers to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity.
According to Google Maps, North Greenbrush is on the northeast side of Albany.
Police are still investigating the collision.
