On or about Wednesday, April 27th, 2022, around 12:30 in the afternoon, an accident between a dump truck and a passenger vehicle sent one individual to the hospital. Authorities from the ISP said the accident was reported along State Road 13 in North Webster, Indiana.
Spokespeople from the Indiana State Police said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when a dump truck allegedly slammed into an SUV. After the initial accident, the SUV rolled a short distance off the side of the roadway. Emergency responders transported one person from the scene to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.
According to Google Maps, the scene of the accident is a short distance north of North Webster.
Officials are still looking into the cause of the crash.
