Details:
On or about Thursday, March 24th, 2022, around 4:00 in the morning, a serious car accident with a flatbed truck sent one individual to the hospital. Authorities from the NCHP said the accident was reported along the side of Interstate 85 in Gaston County, North Carolina.
Law enforcement representatives said one as-of-yet unidentified individual was injured when the vehicle they were in allegedly drove into the back of a disabled flatbed truck along I-85. Emergency responders transported the driver of the passenger vehicle to the hospital with injuries of an unspecified nature or severity stemming from the accident.
According to Google Maps, Interstate 85 winds north and south into Gaston County.
Authorities are still investigating the accident.
